These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and customers of www.iznasapa.com and govern access to the website, the purchase and use of digital content and digital products, and all interactions with content provided by Izna Sapa OÜ.
Izna Sapa provides digital self-development and personal transformation content for informational and educational purposes, including but not limited to:

All products are delivered digitally via a secure Podia account. No physical goods are shipped.
Certain low-ticket digital products may be offered via private links, advertising, or email campaigns and may not be publicly listed on the website.
To purchase or access Izna Sapa products, you must be at least 18 years old. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
All prices are listed in EUR (€) by default. Equivalent pricing in other currencies may be displayed at checkout depending on your location, payment method, and payment provider.
VAT is applied where legally required. VAT calculation and collection are handled automatically at checkout by Podia where applicable, based on your country of residence and applicable tax laws.
Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers, including Stripe and PayPal. Major credit and debit cards are accepted.
Upon successful payment, immediate access to the purchased digital content is granted via your Podia account. You will also receive a confirmation email with access and login instructions.
Izna Sapa offers digital products with immediate access upon purchase.
Because of the digital nature of the content and the fact that access is granted instantly, all sales are final once delivery has begun. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that refunds are not available once access has been provided. Access to the digital content constitutes delivery and performance of the service.
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or United Kingdom, consumer protection laws provide exceptions to the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where delivery begins immediately with the consumer’s consent.

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access and use the content for your own personal use only. This license does not transfer ownership of the content.

Reproduce, modify, copy, or create derivative works beyond personal use

Access to digital products is provided through your personal Podia account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Sharing account access or login details with others is not permitted. If unauthorized use or misuse is reasonably suspected, access may be suspended or terminated to protect the integrity of the content.
Izna Sapa is a self-led system and does not include coaching, therapy, medical advice, or 1:1 support.
Access, login, and technical delivery issues are handled by Podia through their support system.
